Location
Praiano approximately 500 meter, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 300 meters, the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 50 meters and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 2 km . You will reach Villa Solare from the street level going up a short public route that includes approximately 80 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at the Villa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters , for a fee, in a garage. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Exterior
The first terrace is 70 square meters large. It is partly shaded by a bougainvillea pergola. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.
The second terrace, up on the next level, is 90 square meters large. It features an above-ground non-heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Interior
The living room is paved with majolica tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the first terrace climbing two steps. It is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a small window.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the terrace. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels).
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the terrace. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels).
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the terrace. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches).
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first and second bedroom.
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
On the next level
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
