Location
Shops and restaurants are an easy drive or invigorating walk away in the coastal village of Sant’Ambrogio, while the delights of the town of Cefalu are also a short drive from the villa.
Access roads: The last 10 meters is by unpaved road. The access road leading up to the villa is steep and narrow, and drivers should be prepared to reverse when necessary to let another car pass.
Parking: Covered parking space for two cars 20 m from the villa gate. To park within the gate be prepared to back out.
Highways: Highway A20 exit Cefalù 10,6 km
Cefalù 6 kms, all shops services and a station.
Sant’Ambrogio 7,5 km (by car) 2,5 kms(by foot) – shops and services plus a beach

Exterior
Behind the outdoor dining space is a small kitchen garden with fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables that guests can use as well as a small table with 4 chairs. The terrace that runs along the length of the house is partly with lawn and the odd olive tree to give shade and partly with decking.
The small pool measures 2,5m x 3m 1,5 m deep and overhangs the cliffside. The pool is open from April 1st to October 31st.
Interior
A modern colour palette of greys and whites is peppered with splashes of summer colours in the fabrics and artworks around the villa, giving it a unique character and style. Upon entering the villa you are greeted by the open living space with its kitchen. The contemporary open plan living area with large comfortable sofas, kitchen and dining area also has the floor to ceiling windows out to the decked terrace and those magnificent views. In the corridor that leads to the bedrooms is a small workstation. To follow are the two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with shower and the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the one has two queen-size beds. Guests can enjoy sea views from bed with floor to ceiling windows in both the bedrooms.
Ground floor: living / dining area and kitchen, small workstation, glass sliding doors leading out to a decked terrace, shaded outside dining area and plunge pool. One bathroom with a bath and one bathroom with shower. One double bedroom with French windows out to the garden and one twin bedroom with queen-size beds.
