There is a big and elegant fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The bedroom features a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage.
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Exterior
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-September.
The garden is 380 square meters (4100 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof and by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
