The apartment is on the 5th floor with lift. Entrance is into a hallway, leading to a well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen-size bed, and one with twin beds, which can be made up as a large double. There is a lovely sitting room with a grand piano and several comfortable chairs as well as a sofa bed. The separate dining room is also a library. There is air conditioning in every room, Sky TV, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer. The apartment has been decorated and furnished for comfort and luxury and, at the same time, provide a sense of elegant living in a grand 17th century Roman Palazzo. There are magnificent hand-painted 15th century ceilings and original terracotta floors as well as important works of art hanging in each room.
A private rooftop terrace can be accessed by taking the lift to the 5th floor, where there are stairs leading to the vast terrace, which extends over the entire rooftop of the building. It has three different sitting areas and two large dining areas with enormous palm trees and exotic plants dividing the areas. It is rare that more than two families are using the terrace simultaneously but, if so, it is such a large space, there is plenty of room. There are also views from here over some of Rome’s most significant sites such as the Colosseum and the Quirinale Palace. Although the apartments are situated in the historic centre of Rome, because of their position, they are very quiet, with the bedrooms well protected from the noisy nightlife of the city. All guests are welcomed with a basket of fine wine and other special Italian treats.

Most Supplier’s require the payment of a Security Deposit to cover the cost of any damage or breakages to the property or its contents, or for any extra charges incurred during the stay. Often, the Supplier, or their representative will just take a credit card imprint on your arrival and require that you sign a form agreeing to pay for damages. Sometimes, the Supplier requires us to be holding the security deposit, in which case we will require your credit card number agreeing to pay damages up to a stipulated amount. In some circumstances, you will be required to pay the security deposit by bank transfer prior to arrival, or in cash on arrival – this depends on the Supplier.
