Equipped laundry room: washing machine, dryer and cupboards.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with view on the park and in each one a private mezzanine :
– 2 very spacious’Master’ bedrooms (50 m2 each), equipped, for each one, with 2 beds of 80x200cm with electrical remote control and a washroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet.
– 2 double bedrooms with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm each; an authentic wooden staircase leading to the mezzanine. Each is equipped with a washroom with shower and washbowl.
PART 2 : LES BUCOLIQUES (100m²)
Old sheep barn, entirely restored, with a fully furnished sitting room, decorated with care, equipped with a TV, and a provençale kitchen area.
3 Bedrooms looking out on the park : 1 bedroom with a double bed (two 80 x 200 cm) with electrical remote control ; 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 x (90 x 200 cm), and 1 bedroom with a double bed double and an adjoining washroom (shower, washbowl and toilet).
