You will not need a car to stay at the apartment. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. If necessary, you can park for a fee in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved).
Exterior
Your apartment located on the first floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps. An elevator is available.
Large terrace is 35 square meters large. You will reach it by way of an elevator. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a nice view of the rooftops of Sorrento and of the mountains. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Private terrace is 25 square meters large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the surrounding buildings.
Interior
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a Juliet balcony overlooking the terrace. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
