Entrance
This 17th century construction is located near the the Wall of Philip Augustus, that is the oldest city wall of Paris whose plan is accurately known. Partially integrated into buildings, more traces of it remain than of the later fortifications which were destroyed and replaced by the Grands Boulevards. The building offers all security and privacy, protected by a front door code and interphone. The foyer entrance of the building opens onto a small private court. On the left, a glass door leads to the staircase which gives you access to the 1st floor.
Interior
The entrance hallway opens on the left to the built in kitchen, facing the courtyard. It is mostly decorated in beige closets and white tiles. It offers all the appliances you need for serious cooking needs, such as a large stove and fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electrical kettle. All necessary cutlery, glassware and crockery are also available.
At the end of the hallway, on the left one enter into the bedroom which is also facing the courtyard. It offers a queen size bed. The ensuite bathroom is featuring an antique bathtub. A full shower, with a sink, a towel warmer and a toilet are separated.
The dining area is set in a corner of the living room. Around a large glass table, you will be able to seat six with ease.
In the living-room you first notice an authentic marble chimney adorned with a large mirror. As for the seating arrangement, you will find a comfortable sofa along with four contemporary armchairs centered on a glass coffee table
From the living room, a large beige curtain organize naturally a junction to the office, where a cozy sofa, convertible into a bed for one person, invites for reading, writing or watching television on a plasma TV with cable offering the main international channels.
A second toilet is available in the room adjacent to the office.
All the apartment has been furnished and decorated with selective antique furnishings and many framed old prints and paintings.
