Location
You will be in a limited traffic zone in the historic center of Siracusa, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find a number of restaurants, a grocery store, the stop for the local bus at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach (Cala Rossa beach) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile) including 90 stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at the Appartamento. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Exterior
The terrace is 15 square meters large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings.

The ceiling of the living room is made of wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace. The room also has a window.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room climbing four steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a chaise longue. The room has a Juliet balcony. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
