The swimming pool is 7 meters large by 14 meters long, 2 meters deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Shared patio is 70 square meters large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
The garden is 800 square meters large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and an external shower. In the garden you will find a children’s playground. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the valley and of the hills. The Trulli Patio is 15 square meters. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the entrance hall. It is equipped with a table and chairs.
Interior
The living room is paved with characteristic majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The room has a small window.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an arched opening. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has a small high window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
