There’s much to do from this enviable base, which puts you in the centre of Chianti. Check out the attractive neighbouring wine towns of Gaiole and Castellina. Taste local wines at the cellar doors of the Chianti Classico vineyards that lace the landscape. Plus, it's an easy drive to the beautiful streets of Siena and the fantastic museums and galleries of Florence. Your apartment is a very comfortable modern townhouse set across three floors. It’s a particularly good choice for two couples travelling together because the pair of spacious double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, are positioned on the ground and second floor, offering a degree of privacy. You even get a balcony each – one on the first floor, the other off the second-floor bedroom. Both come with a simply gorgeous view of the surrounding vineyards and the hills beyond. When you want to spend time together, there is a large sociable space on the first floor, neatly divided between a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfy lounge.
