Location
In the historic centre of Florence, a few steps from restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the bus stop at 250 meters
located on the second floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 40 stairway steps.
You will not need a car. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved).
Exterior
The terrace is 30 square meters large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.

Communal Family Room. The ceiling of the family room is vaulted. In this room you will find a smart TV. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. They include sofas and armchairs. The five dining tables can accommodate 20 guests. From the family room you will be able to enter the inner court through two French doors.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the inner yard of the building going down 16 steps. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
Interior
The living room is paved with ancient tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost — please contact our staff in advance). There is a big and age-old fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a smart TV. The room has a window overlooking the terrace, as well as a roof window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a microwave/oven combo, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has two windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
In the corridor you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 15 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The mezzanine has a roof window and it has an air conditioning/heating unit.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
