The Villa is short drive to reach the Versilian beaches or the Renaissance walls of Lucca. The villa, originally an old barn, due recent restoration done by the owners, has become an elegant and charming residence where the simple spaces of a country house have been transformed into harmonious settings and the alchemy between poor and rich materials made the perfect house for a relaxing, comfortable holiday in the Lucca countryside.
The house has maintained the characteristics of the old farmhouse with a touch of the contemporary comfort of a modern villa: all the bedrooms have their own bathroom, there is an equipped and modern kitchen, air conditioning is present in all the bedrooms, an outdoor pool and wi-fi.
The villa is set 15 km from the historic centre of Lucca and due to its strategic position, from the villa you can easily reach some main Tuscan cities of art such as Pisa and Florence and Siena.
Interiors
The villa is set on three floors. On the first floor via an entrance staircase (5 steps) you access directly into the large living room furnished with comfortable furniture that will make you feel immediately at home; continuing you will find a spacious and equipped kitchen with a central island, where you can cook typical Tuscan recipes also thanks to the help of good local chef (on request), a dining area connected to an outdoor patio, a bathroom, and a laundry area. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. On the second floor, reachable through a staircase of 18 steps, there are four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms each with a view over the hills, three of which have bathrooms with bathtubs and one with shower. The bedrooms are three doubles and one is a twin bedroom with joinable beds. (There are three extra single beds can be used if necessary on requests). On the ground floor there is a family room fully equipped cooking facilities as glasses and dishes, with direct access to the veranda overlooking the swimming pool, and an extra bathroom with a shower very useful when using the swimming pool.
Outdoor
A garden that surrounds the house, is cared for with plants and flowers that will make you enjoy the romantic atmosphere of the countryside equipped with tables, deck chairs also around the pool. The swimming pool with chlorine depuration has a rectangular shape and measures about 5×10 metres with a fixed depth of 1.50 mt. The access in pool is through 4 large steps. A barbecue and a wood oven are situated next to the veranda and in front of the family room.
