A large decked terrace made from restored African hardwood railway sleepers runs the length of the house. The cooling plunge pool, relaxing deckchairs and sofa provide plenty of opportunities to unwind. The shaded dining terrace is by the lawn just off the kitchen. The outdoor kitchen is complete with a stove and washbasin - a lovely spot for lazy lunches cooked on the barbecue or in the wood-oven overlooking the sea. Please note: The discreet owner of Villa Talia owns a small wooden house about 15 metres from Villa Talia where he stays for the weekend to be on hand for guests arriving/departing and for any further assistance. The pool is not visible from the wooden house, but the driveway is shared between the two houses. The access road leading up to the villa is steep and narrow, and drivers should be prepared to reverse when necessary to let another car pass.

However, in low season, we prefer to rent this villa for a maximum of 4 guests (April to 4th May and throughout the month of October) as we feel the inside space would not be comfortable for a larger party when the temperature is cooler.
