Lake Garda

Lake Garda, in northern Italy, is known for its crystal clear water. At the south end, the town of Sirmione is dominated by the Rocca Scaligera, a fortress with harbor views. The nearby Grotte di Catullo archaeological site includes a Roman villa. On the lake's western shore, in Gardone Riviera, is Il Vittoriale degli Italiani, former home of poet d’Annunzio. The Dolomites frame Riva del Garda, a resort in the north.

The Villa is located at about 700 m from Garda on a hill behind the Rocca and is surrounded by 3600 sqm of garden on the slope of the Rocca of Garda. The villa offers a breathtaking view of the lake of Garda and the tranquility given by its extraordinary isolated location. The house was recently renovated with great care and quality finishes. You arrive at the Villa along a narrow road that leads to the large gate of the property. The villa welcomes you with a covered garage where you can comfortably park 1 or 2 cars and unload luggages. The house is the result of a renovation process, that was dealt with great care and quality finishes, of an old Rustico and develops on two floors.
