Location
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Praiano, a few meters (feet) from restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi – Sorrento line at 120 meters and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 500 meters including 400 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Villa Serafina from the street level going down a 100-meters public route that includes approximately 15 stairway steps.

The first terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola and by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, a deck chair and a sun lounger. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline.
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with benches. On the patio you will find a brickwork barbecue.
The second terrace is 70 square meters . It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with deck chairs and an hammock. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline.

The living room is paved with elegant majolica tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include sofas and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the patio.
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen.
Lower level
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
