Interior
Your Villa is reached via the marble stairs of a historic building without lift; it is composed of a very bright living area, entirely in parquet and equipped with a large sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, two elegant tables and a lovely modern-style wood-burning fireplace which faces the terrace through sliding glass doors. The kitchen, with direct access to the terrace, is equipped with all comforts; adjacent to it is one of the two bathrooms, with double basin and hydromassage tub. From the living room, an internal staircase leads down to one of the two double bedrooms, with private bathroom with shower. An elegant spiral staircase leads to the other double bedroom (with direct access to a private level terrace) and to the loft study, a private corner perfect for those looking for a quiet place to work or who wish to have a few moments of relaxation
