Set overlooking vineyards within a traditional “borgo” Villa Capa is set apart from the rest of the complex with complete privacy but close enough to use the shared pool and tennis court. The pool is open Easter to October.
The Villa has a large sunny garden and several terraces surround the property, so sun and shade can be found at all times.

On the Ground floor the Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, fridge/freezer, dining table for 6, double sofa, 1 armchair, TV, double door to terrace. There is also a bathroom on this level with Shower, bidet, sink, WC.
On the 1st floor are the 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. One of the double beds can be converted into twin.
