The garden of the Villa measures about 1500 square meters, and it is completely fenced, so ideal for children or for your animals. In the garden there is the swimming pool which is fenced, and measures about 6 x 14 metres and has a fixed depth of 1.40 metres with chlorine depuration. Interior
The Villa consists of three levels.
On the ground floor, the entrance with a relaxation area with a sofa and TV divides the kitchen (comprising a table) from the hallway and from the living room which has direct access to the garden.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom which share a bathroom with shower.
On the second and last floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
