This charming house with private pool is located in Cheval Blanc, in the center of this typical small Provencal village in Vaucluse. It is an old stagecoach house and its stables which have been renovated to give birth to this charming Provencal house in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park. Cheval Blanc is the ideal vacation spot for those who wish to discover the charms of the Luberon and the ancestral culture of Provence. Historically, Cheval-Blanc got its name from the inn which bore that name. It served as a staging post for the travelers who took the ferry to cross the river. Nature is omnipresent and there are many hiking trails that cross it, between hundred-year-old olive trees, intoxicating lavender and bucolic hills. In some places quiet, in others lively, the village is a real haven of peace, in the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park. Of rural and traditional aspect, the streets and the buildings form a charming and harmonious whole to walk and discover the Provençal architecture. To go further in the discovery of this unique architecture, the Saint-Paul church or the Sainte-Thérèse chapel are remarkable points of interest. Some busy streets in the heart of the village, await the walkers, with lots of bars, gourmet restaurants and local shops. Numerous garage sales and night markets punctuate local life and bring cheerfulness to the streets of the village. Other curiosities, natural ones, the canals of Carpentras and Saint-Julien, originally used to activate the wheels of mills, give the place a unique atmosphere. Not far from the village, it is a luxuriant nature which tends its arms to the walker. The remarkable sites are numerous, whether they are natural or man-made. Among the most important are: the Abbey of Notre-Dame de Sénanque, the Ochres of Roussillon, the Cedar forest, the castle of Lauris and the castle of Lourmarin. For sports enthusiasts, there is a public tennis available with reservations in the village of Cheval Blanc. Many hikes can start in the Valloncourt domaine. The two closest golf courses are the Golf of Pont Royal and the Golf of Saumane. Many villages, classified among the most beautiful in France, are quickly accessible: Lourmarin (30km), Roussillon (30km), Lacoste (23km), Gordes (22km) … The closest large cities are Cavaillon (4km), Avignon (30km) and Aix-en-Provence (50km). The airport of Marseille (57km) and the train station of Cavaillon (6km) serve as convenient drop-off points to easily arrive by train.

This charming home with private pool in Cheval Blanc offers a very pleasant 400m2 enclosed garden in which it is possible to park 2 vehicles.
The garden includes:
A pleasant private pool with chlorine (8 x 4 m, depth of 1.50m to 1.90m) with access by steps and secured by an alarm.
A nice private terrace of 80m2 facing West in the shade of the many trees of the property, and, equipped with a large outdoor table, 6 chairs, 4 deck chairs and 2 garden salons
The house is attached on one side. The second part is made up of apartments rented on a yearly basis. Entry to these apartments is independant of the main entrance of this rental.

Interior

This charming house with private pool in Cheval Blanc is spread over 160m2 on two levels.
Its excellent contemporary decoration favors natural materials, combining modern comfort and soothing surroundings. The house was renovated in the mid 90’s to give this former stagecoach house a modernity appreciated by our guests.

GROUND LEVEL:
A large open 95 m2 living area containing:
A beautiful 12 m2 entirely equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, cooktop, filter coffee machine and Nespersso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
A large air-conditioned 45m2 living room, a TV equipped with a DVD player.
A pleasant dining room (38m²).
A separate toilet with sink.

SECOND FLOOR:
A bedroom (18m²) with double bed 180 with adjacent bathroom (2 sinks, bathtub, shower).
A bedroom (15 m²) with double bed 140. (The occupants of this room must go to room 1 to wash)
A separate toilet.

Maximum sleeping: 4 people
Security deposit: €500. Mandatory end of stay cleaning: €150.
House linens included (sheets, comforters, pillows, bath towels, table cloths and kitchen towels).
You must bring your own pool towels.

Electricity according to consumption from the beginning of the 3rd week of September until the end of the 2nd week of June.
