Interior
The villa is arranged over two floors. The main entrance is on the upper floor where the terrace at the front of the house is accessed by external stairs of 30 steps uphill. It is however possible too accessible the floor below to deposit the luggage directly in the bedrooms by only 12 steps uphill. The main entrance leads to the terrace in front of the villa with a cosy living area with 2 comfortable armchairs and a coffee table with enchanting views of the countryside and the sea in the distance. From the terrace the entrance door gives onto the light-filled living area thanks to its large glass door that gives onto the terrace. The living space includes a comfortable lounge area with a corner sofa and a couple of armchairs in front of the Satellite TV screen. A round table with 6 chairs competes the living area just before accessing the kitchen separated by a sliding door. The kitchen is comfortable and well-equipped. From here a second glass-door leads out to the pool and garden area. On the same floor is the guest toilet. From here, the stairs lead down to the lower floor. Here there are 3 bedrooms of which 2 are doubles and one is a single with the possibility of adding a second single bed or a baby-cot. Alternatively the cot can be added in any of the double rooms. Each bedroom has its own spacious private bathroom. Each bedroom’s large sliding glass-door leads onto a small sitting area for each room and onto the garden on this floor.
Exterior
The garden has been landscaped to enhance the surroundings, incorporating olive trees and traditional stone walls with palms, cactus and a smooth green lawn. behind the house and near to the outdoor dining table is the fixed barbecue with a wash-basin. By the outdoor barbecue a small organic kitchen garden is available for the use of guests. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
The pool measures 10 m. x 4 m. and is 1.50 m. deep the pool is with salt-water. It is accessible directly from the kitchen door and is complete with sun loungers and parasol for shade. The shaded area for al fresco dining is adjacent. The swimming pool is open all year.
The price does not include:
- electricity (on consumption over 330 kwh per week), tourism tax (where applicable), in case of non-disposal of urban waste, the extra payment of € 30.00 per week will be required at check-out,
