Exterior
Located in a rural setting of about 1 hectare. Just outside the main building, the bank that houses the wooden pergola and the relaxation area is connected to the pool area by two stone walkways and a central gazebo: all of this area is raised above the area that houses the pool and allows guests to enjoy an outdoor dining area and a well-equipped gazebo. The entire property is located on a plateau of typical Mediterranean flavour thanks to the hundreds of centuries-old olive trees, interspersed with almond, fruit and prickly pear trees, a veritable natural carpet at the end of which is the bocce court located at the foot of the pool and, further up, an area with dartboard.
Open from the first Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October, the pool lies on a resin solarium, about 10 metres from the structure. Rectangular and equipped with four Roman steps on one side, it measures 5 x 8 m with the depth varying from 1.40 meters. Purified with salt, the pool is lined and colorful in sand and has interior lighting activated by a twilight system, at the same time as that of the garden. The solarium area, surrounded by the Mediterranean countryside, is equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs, creating a cosy, intimate space with, nearby, a convenient outdoor shower.
Interior
The lamia has an area of 90 sq m, on one floor only. The main entrance leads directly into the living room with TV, dining area and kitchen and, through a small archway, to the reading room complete with brickwork sofas and fireplace. On the opposite side, again starting from the open-plan area, a corridor leads to a bathroom with shower, a single bedroom, a double bedroom and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
